How do I get the tickets after paying?

After you pay the one-off unlock fee (from €1) the verified seller’s contact details are revealed. You then arrange the handover directly with the seller — MyResale makes the match, it never holds the tickets itself.

What does the unlock fee cover?

It is MyResale’s one-off service fee to reveal the verified seller’s contact details. There is no platform markup on the price and no subscription — the ticket price is paid directly to the seller.

Is this safe?

Every seller signs in with a verified Google or Apple account, so you always know who you are dealing with. You only pay MyResale when a match is made, and the ticket price is paid directly to the seller.
